Phenomenon for Illustration Friday

The Illustration Friday topic this week was 'Phenomenon'. The only thing that immediately leapt to mind was the phenomenon of the reported apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Are You A Curvy Person?
At the moment I'm attempting to learn (digital) 3d modelling with the help of the remarkable Curvy 3D. It's a lot more intuitive than a lot of the tools out there and you can download a free demo too :)

Sneaky - for Illustration Friday
'Sneaky' for Illustration Friday. A pencil sketch then completed in watercolour, and inked outlines. Oh the highlights in his eyes are done with acrylic too!

Burning for Illustration Friday

I don't know much about the person I am quoting but the quote holds true :)
'Burning' for Illustration Friday. My second attempt at watercolours. I kind of messed it up because I was in a rush to finish it before the deadline, and winter has snatched all the useable daylight hours away.
I still learned a lot though, even if the main lesson was PATIENCE!

Afterwards... Came the Rapturous Applause for Illustration Friday
Just a quick sketchy one, it began life as a pencil sketch which has been coloured digitally. I wanted to keep it loose and sketchy :)
